The Equalized Payment Plan (EPP) is available to all domestic customers subject to credit approval. The EPP may include home heat fuels only (furnace oil, stove oil and propane). Propane can be included in the EPP if the customer has an EPP for their furnace oil.

Our EPP can reduce the higher heating bill of winter by spreading it out over 10-12 months. We offer two choices:

1. 10 months equal payment with no interest charges. This runs from September 1 - June 30. After the end of June if there is a balance due you have 30 days to pay that balance before you are charged any interest. If you end up with a credit we can issue you a cheque or carry the credit forward to the next year.
2. 12 months equal payments with no interest. At the end of 12 months if the balance is more than $200.00 this amount has to be paid before the EPP can start again. If you end up with a credit we can issue you a cheque or carry the credit forward to the next year.

Residential equipment (fireplaces, barbeques, ranges, furnaces, oil tanks etc.) may be financed for new and existing customers who are purchasing their fuel from North Atlantic (upon credit approval) (some conditions may apply).

• The term of financing is 12 months with no interest charges applied.
• Certain equipment purchases can be financed up to 5 years. The interest rate will be 8%. This is a fixed rate for the term of the financing contract. (This rate is subject to change based on market conditions).
